# GLBA Compliance

## Bankly GLBA Compliance

US citizens are required to accept the following GLBA Account Opening Disclosure to apply for their Bankly Card: [GLBA Compliance](https://docs.bankly.cc/legal/glba-compliance).

The Bankly Card is a prepaid US-dollar card issued by \[Card-issuing partner] (the "Card Partner") and draws solely on the US-dollar balance you fund and hold in your Bankly account. The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ("GLBA") governs how the Card Partner and CavaleroTech collect, use, share, and protect your nonpublic personal information in connection with this financial product.
